Work With NorthStarFrom first call to final report, we make the process seamless for your team.
Reach out with your district name, the details of your case (consent date, ETR timeline, services needed), and we will schedule a free consultation to see if NorthStar is the right fit.
Once we review the case, we communicate with your Special Education Director or supervisor and set up the contract. Simple paperwork, quick turnaround — we can begin working as soon as signatures are in.
We go deep into the case with your building school psychologist or team chair. We discuss exactly what support you need — we can assist with the planning meeting, evaluation, ETR meeting, or all of the above. You decide.
We schedule and conduct the evaluation sessions — typically virtually unless you are within our commute range. Comprehensive batteries covering cognitive, academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and adaptive skills as needed.
Once testing is complete, the final report is delivered to the team chair — typically two weeks after testing or right before the ETR/IEP meeting. Reports are thorough, IDEA-compliant, and ready for the team to use immediately.
Your team has everything needed to make eligibility decisions. We will send a brief feedback survey and look forward to our next case together. Need us at the meeting? Just let us know.
